Total Liberia joined the rest of the Total world in observing “Top Service Week” in April this year – a period in which managers at Total showcased the prevalence of customer service in their DNA. This they do by joining the station staff in delivering exceptional customer care to all customers who come into our stations. This gesture brings Total Liberia leaders closer to their customers. It also affords them an opportunity to review the quality of infrastructure in the stations and therefore assess our ability to continue to deliver the promise of reliability and consistency to its customers. This year the launch took place in the 5th Street Service station (one of our S1 stations) and all managers were drilled in the standard forecourt and Bonjour top service grid. Thereafter, it was time to go around the stations in Montserrado and Margibi Counties and demonstrate to station staff and customers that everyone at Total performs and believes in Top Service.
